1. Made of the region’s best grapes, the Fidesser white wine cuvée is the perfect base for Vreimuth. This mix of Veltliner, Sauvignon and Traminer is excellent in taste and of organic nature. 

2. As a true expert when it comes to spices of all kinds, Frau Kaufmann creates the perfect mix of botanicals for Vreimuth. Less is more: wormwood is combined with high-quality local and organic botanicals.

3. Destillerie Freihof gives this unique creation its final touch. Hand-picked Williams pears are mashed and fermented in stainless steel tanks as a first step. Afterwards, the fermented mash is transferred into the copper stills and carefully distilled.

4. In the still, the mash is slowly heated up and the alcohol boiled off. During the distillation, the master distillers have to be extremely careful cutting off the heads and tails from the heart of the distillates. This part of the distilling run, where the purest fruit aromas are found, is collected to create this one-of-a-kind Williams distillate.
